Bayern Munich have confirmed that Felipe Chavez has joined 1. FC Magdeburg on loan.
The 19-year-old youth prospect will spend the 2026/27 campaign with the 2. Bundesliga club as he looks to gain more regular first-team experience.
“’Pippo’ Chávez took the next step in his development with his outings for 1. FC Köln and should now gain more regular playing time at Magdeburg," said FC Bayern sporting director Christoph Freund.
“We have extended his contract because we are convinced of his potential for the future.”
Chavez has made two appearances for Bayern's first team.
