According to a report from Abendzeitung, 1.FC Nürnberg could profit from Eintracht Frankfurt's sale of Nathaniel Brown.

The German international, who joined Frankfurt from Nürnberg for €5.5million in 2024, had a sell-on clause in his contract.

At the time of the deal, the second division club ensured that they would be entitled to 12.5% of any future fee paid for the full-back.

This could prove highly beneficial now, given the 23-year-old is on the verge of completing a transfer to Bayern Munich.

Should he join the record champions for the reported €55million fee, 1.FC Nürnberg would earn around €7million of that.

After his first appearance in March 2023, Brown went on to play 43 games for Nürnberg while providing a goal and 8 assists.
