The Ontario Court of Appeal hasn’t just overturned the ridiculous court ruling claiming a Charter right to bike lanes, it has excoriated the judge and the ruling. In a unanimous decision published Friday, the three judges of the appeal court have stated clearly that there is no Charter right to have bike lanes in Toronto.

OPP charges driver after 11 passengers, including 8 kids, found crammed in SUV
A Fergus, Ont., man is facing multiple charges after a vehicle was stopped with multiple unsecured passengers inside. “This driver’s disregard for safety put every occupant of the vehicle at risk,” the Wellington County detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police posted on its X page.
