While the specifics of their asset division remain confidential, Remini and Pagán reportedly used the help of a mediator to finalize things. With their divorce process wrapping up, they are now poised to embrace a fresh start after being intertwined for nearly 30 years.

Additionally, prior to filing, Remini candidly discussed her decision, noting that both she and her ex-husband had acknowledged significant changes in their lives and recognized that they were no longer compatible. 

Instead of viewing the split as a failure, she has chosen to celebrate their years together as a noteworthy milestone.

This motion came just a month after he filed his own petition without legal representation. The 56-year-old's request, filed on August 30, was a response to Remini's petition from the day prior. 

In her filing, the mother-of-one stated her desire for both parties to forgo any claims for spousal support, highlighting a shared commitment to a smooth separation. 

However, Pagán's assertion that the couple's community and separate property remains unresolved adds a layer of complexity to their otherwise amicable split.
