Kardashian shared the promotional video on Instagram on Thursday. In one scene, the 45-year-old entrepreneur sat inside a clear display box resembling a museum exhibit. She worked in a notebook surrounded by folders and a large stack of papers, with a can of Update sitting nearby.

Several people walked past without acknowledging her until one woman approached the display and asked, “Did she even pass the bar?”

The opera music playing in the background abruptly stopped as Kardashian turned toward the woman. “No. I didn’t pass the bar. I raised it,” she confidently replied before returning to her work.

The joke referenced Kardashian’s first attempt at the bar exam, which she took in July 2025. She publicly revealed in November that she had not received a passing score.

According to the company’s website, the beverage is “built around a functional stack of ingredients with paraxanthine at its core.”

Paraxanthine is a compound naturally produced by the body as it breaks down caffeine. The brand advertises its products as containing no sugar, artificial flavors, or calories.

Kardashian addressed her unsuccessful bar exam attempt in an Instagram Stories statement last November. “Well…I’m not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on TV,” she wrote, referencing her Hulu series “All’s Fair.”

Despite the setback, she made it clear that she did not plan to abandon her goal. “Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar,” she said. “No shortcuts, no giving up – just more studying and even more determination.”
