Jimmy Carr has carved out his niche in the field of comedy and even became the first British comedian to get a Netflix stand-up special, Funny Business. The comedian’s unique brand of humor often elicited chuckles and a few gasps from the audience.

One thing to be expected from the iconic comedian is his witty one-liners, which earned him the title of the King of one-liners. When an audience member requested him to deliver a P Diddy joke, Carr was swift with his chucklesome response.

Well sir those P Diddy parties made me sick. Seriously, the catering was awful.

The truth about the alleged parties

Sean Combs famously known as P Diddy was arrested on 16 September 2024 on charges of alleged racketeering, s*x trafficking, and involvement in pro*tuition. The rapper was alleged to have organized wild parties which was referenced to in Carr’s recent joke.

According to US Weekly, the rapper’s 14-page-long indictment also accused him of allegedly organizing ‘Freak Offs’. These were parties where he supposedly forced women to engage in se*ual acts with male commercial s*x workers.

The I’ll Be Missing You singer previously spoke about his infamous parties in an older interview with Entertainment Tonight. Diddy insinuated that the unusual nature of his celebrations may tick off the authorities.

They going to be shutting them down. They’re going to probably be arresting me, doing all types of crazy things just because we want to have a good time.

He continued:

I’ve been staying out of that s— for years. It’s just an uncomfortable energy connected to it.  I’m just like, ‘Naw, I’m not f—ing with this weird energy or weird s—,’ coming off the way he was just moving. From that, I wasn’t comfortable around him.

Many celebrities have attended the rapper’s parties but it is not revealed just who also participated in the alleged ‘Freak Offs’. The controversial nature of the rapper’s situation has led to a lot of speculations and rumors among fans.

Look at him now.
