Alongside the obvious demand for acting talent, it seems like they’re prioritizing charisma, screen presence, and long-term potential. She has quietly been observing stage actors in London’s West End, and has also been considering younger actors who could at least commit to three or four films. So the requirement really narrows the playing field because studios obviously want longevity and stability if the saga moves forward.
