Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ recent arrest has shaken up Hollywood and the music industry. Many celebrities associated with the disgraced rapper have come under fire due to reports of the federal authorities finding videotapes of Diddy’s extravagant parties with these celebrities. Celebrities who have also worked with the rapper before have come under fire.

The latest actor to be targeted is Russell Brand, who was featured with Diddy on Get Him to the Greek. In an interview, while promoting the film, Brand spoke about how intense and influential the Bad Boy Records founder was and how he would convince you to do things you didn’t want to. He also said that he did not want to be ‘Diddy’s b*tch’.

Russell Brand has seen his own share of controversies. From eccentric behavior on sets to his political stances, Brand has courted controversies since the beginning of his career as a stand-up comedian. Brand was also reportedly accused of s*xual assault by multiple women and he was the subject of a Channel 4 documentary (via Cosmopolitan).

In 2010, Brand starred along with Jonah Hill and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in the comedy Get Him to the Greek. In an interview with BlackTree TV, Brand opened up about what it was like to hang out with Diddy while filming. He called the rapper an influential and highly intense person who was capable of making people do what they did not want to do.

Brand recounted an incident where Diddy convinced him to feed his fish when he was out of town. Brand reportedly remembered feeling that he did not want to do it but did it anyway. He said,

Say that you don’t want to do something and Diddy does want you to do it, it’s really hard to not do that thing … you still do it because you think, ‘Ahh, don’t upset him.’ He’s an influential person. He may ask you for loads of favors and you can’t say no to him. That’s my worry … pressure. I don’t want to be nobody’s b*tch, I work too hard in life, not even Diddy’s b*tch.

Brand also praised the rapper for his intense personality, stating that his upbringing and journey from nothing to being one of the biggest entertainers in the industry may be the cause.

Russell Brand Partied With Diddy In Las Vegas

Diddy is currently facing s*x trafficking and racketeering charges and a large number of s*xual assault lawsuits. One of the biggest revelations that were allegedly uncovered during the investigations was reportedly the videotapes filmed during the rapper’s extravagant parties called ‘Freak Offs’ that included celebrities and s*x workers (via Parade).

Russell Brand, who is facing s*xual assault allegations of his own, also reportedly partied with Diddy. Brand told BlackTree TV that while filming Get Him to the Greek, Diddy forced him to party with him in Vegas,

Diddy was new to me. He looked after me. He took me on an enforced holiday to Vegas. He’s a very intense man because I think he came from nothing and now he’s very very powerful. People who do stuff like that, they’re intense.

The party that the actor went to was, however, probably not one of the ‘Freak Offs’ that Diddy has gained notoriety for.
