The Exiled Lands of Conan Exiles are teeming with deadly threats, with only Bones to pick. This is why base-building is one of the most important aspects of survival in this game, offering you shelter from the unforgiving world. To build reinforced structures, advanced Furnaces, and improve the overall sturdiness of your base, you’ll need Hardened Bricks.
Now, these hardened stones can be crafted using a Furnace and specific resources, so with that said, here’s a complete guide to making Hardened Bricks in Conan Exiles.
Here’s How to Make Hardened Bricks in Conan Exiles
To make Hardened Bricks in Conan Exiles, you need three specific resources and items:
- Furnace: First, you need a Furnace and the good news is that any Furnace will work; it doesn’t matter if you have the most basic one or the Improved ones, as having a Furnace completes the required task: making Hardened Bricks.
- 1x Brick: Of course, you cannot make Hardened Bricks without basic Bricks. You can craft Bricks with 10 Stone using your Furnace.
- 1x Stone Consolidant: The last thing you’ll need to make Hardened Bricks in Conan Exiles is Stone Consolidant. This resource can be crafted using 2 Resin and 6 Plant Fibers with a Firebowl Cauldron (As of May 2026). Plant Fiber can be obtained from bushes and plants by hand, while Resin can be harvested from trees using Iron Tools. However, dead trees won’t offer Resin, so avoid harvesting them.
Once you have all the required materials, interact with the Furnace and ensure that you already have Dry Wood inside for the Furnace to burn and make Hardened Bricks in Conan Exiles. Drag the Brick and the Stone Consolidant from your inventory to the Furnace and click on the play button above to begin the Hardened Bricks crafting process.
The Crafting Queue on the lower right side of your screen will tell you how much time you have left before the crafting process is complete. It won’t take long, so wait until it’s done, and the Hardened Brick will appear inside the Furnace menu. Drag it back to your inventory, and you now have Hardened Bricks in Conan Exiles.
What Are Hardened Bricks Used for in Conan Exiles?
Hardened Bricks are one of the most important resources for base-building! | Credits: Quick Tips via YouTubeHardened Bricks in Conan Exiles are used to craft a plethora of items and building structures, including Ceilings, Doorframes, Pillars, Roofs, Fireplaces, Thrones, Altars and more, so it’s an extremely crucial resource for making your humble abode sturdier. Hardened Bricks are also used to make better Furnaces and the Armored Animal Pen.
The list is extensive, and if you want to enhance your overall base in Conan Exiles, you’ll need to farm plenty of Hardened Bricks. This resource has ridiculous utility, similar to Bones in the game, so don’t ignore it and acquire Bricks and Stone Consolidant as quickly as possible. Building sturdy structures is equally important as focusing on weapons for protection, which is where Hardened Bricks come in.
Both Plant Fibers and Resins are widely accessible throughout Conan Exiles, so harvesting them won’t be an issue, as you’ll need to have a healthy stock of Stone Consolidants to keep making Hardened Bricks. As for Stones, you can farm them almost anywhere, and once you have 10, convert them to Bricks with your Furnace to contribute towards making Hardened Bricks.
