Where to Find Evolution Fragments in Sailor Piece

To find Evolution Fragments, you will first have to unlock the Soul Dominion area on Hollow Island. It’s the area where the True Manipulator boss is hidden. You can unlock Soul Dominion by completing the Hogyoku Quest on Hollow Island. The quest can be triggered by interacting with the Hogyoku Quest NPC, after which you will be given six different tasks. They are pretty easy, so that shouldn’t be a problem.

Completing the quest will open a gate to Soul Dominion on Hollow Island for you. Once you are inside the said area, speak with the Boss Summoner NPC there to summon the True Manipulator boss. You will need Chrysalis Sigils to spawn the boss, so make sure you have them! Chrysalis Sigils can be obtained by beating the Quincy mobs found inside the Soul Dominion.

A general thing to remember is that the drop chance for the fragment varies between 0.55% to 1.44%. However, you can increase your luck with Runes or Accessories to have a better chance at obtaining it. You will have to spam-kill the True Manipulator to gather plenty of these fragments.
