The only way to obtain Cursed Flesh in Sailor Piece is by defeating the Strongest in History boss in Shinjuku Island. The drop chances for the said item vary between 0.65% to 1.79%, so you must be lucky enough to get it. A general thing to remember is that the Strongest in History boss does not appear for free. You will need a Malevolent Key to summon him in the first place.

To get a Malevolent Key, you will have to defeat the Cursed King boss in Shibuya Station. There’s a 60% chance that the Cursed King will drop a Malevolent Key! Since the drop rate for the Cursed Flesh is low, you will most likely have to summon and defeat the Strongest in History boss multiple times. For that, it’s best to spam-kill the Cursed King and accumulate as many Malevolent Keys as possible.

To obtain it, you will need to offer these items to the Strongest in History merchant NPC on Shinjuku Island: “Disgraced One” title, 20x Awakened Cursed Finger (eaten), 7x Vessel Ring, 3x Malevolent Soul, and 1x Cursed Flesh.

Apart from the above fighting style, you also need the flesh to craft the Infinity Domain Shard in Shinjuku Island. To be specific, you need 2x Cursed Flesh and 6x Energy Shard to get this item. Unlocking the Infinity Domain will unlock new potential for your in-game character. Also, once you have grown stronger, you can easily farm other late-game items, like Evolution Fragments, etc.
