As an Intern in Animal Hospital, maintaining your Sanity and hunting Anomalies will only get you so far. The Shifts are endless in this Roblox experience, so reaching the end isn’t an option. However, surviving by stocking up on Animal Coins and upgrading to better Classes with greater buffs and utility items can further improve your Anomaly-hunting skills.

So, before you run out of Coffee and your Sanity meter hits 0, here’s how you can farm Animal Coins in Animal Hospital and send these Anomalies back to the darkest pits of the hospital.

1 Complete Shift 1 in Around 2 Minutes & Rejoin the Game

The first method for farming Animal Coins in Animal Hospital is to complete Shift 1 in around 2 minutes, then rejoin the game. As soon as you start the game, run straight ahead and get an Eye Drop and a Herb. The first two visitors will always require either of the two, so it’s best to stay prepared to complete the entire Shift in around or under 2 minutes.

Register the first visitors by following the usual protocol: taking their picture with the G-Cam and printing their Badge. Complete this check-in as quickly as you can before the second visitor arrives. Follow the patient to their room, admit them, then sprint back to the security booth. Next, check in the second patient by following the same protocols, and follow them to their room.

For the final steps, serve both of them by completing the tasks listed at the top right of your screen. Take the samples from both patients, analyze them on the computer, then offer the Eye Drop and the Herb to treat both. As soon as you serve both patients, your first Shift is complete. If your Hospital Performance is around “Good” or “Excellent”, you’ll get 5-10 Animal Coins every time.

Now that Shift 1 is over, rejoin the game and complete the first Shift again in around 2 minutes. So, if you were to repeat this method for an hour, you could earn around 150-200 Animal Coins. Yes, this is a pretty tedious method, but the Animal Coins you obtain should keep your Sanity in check.

You don’t need to worry about any Anomalies bothering you, as it’s only your first Shift. Think of it as the tutorial stage. Check in with the patients, serve them with an Eye Drop or a Herb, complete the Shift, rinse and repeat. You can do this about 30 times per hour, depending on your speed, and 30 times 5 is 150 Animal Coins per hour. Not a bad haul by any means.

2 Prevent Anomalies During Shift 4 With the Extra Check-In Window

Now, this method’s a bit tricky and may not work for everyone, but it’s a great way to stock up on Animal Coins in Animal Hospital. So, play the game as usual until you get to Shift 4. During this Shift, you usually check in around 6-7 visitors in various rooms. It’s already hard maintaining your Sanity meter at this point, so drink lots of Coffee and keep yourself healthy.

In Shift 4, the Shopkeeper Nurse opens her Shop with various items. Purchase the Extra Check-In Window for $190 to speed up the process. Buying one of these is enough for the Shift. Now, ensure you’re not checking in any Anomalies before you reach Shift 4; otherwise, this method won’t work.

Check in around 6-7 visitors, but do not treat them just yet. Instead, close the shutters and wait for the Anomalies to spawn. Since you purchased the extra check-in window, you’ll be able to reject Anomalies for up to an hour. This usually lasts 30 minutes without the check-in window buff. Now, rejecting each Anomaly gives you 0.5 Animal Coins, and you can reject 100 Anomalies per hour.

Close the shutters, reject the Anomalies, and keep profiting with Animal Coins. This method taps out after 100 Anomalies, so once you cross that threshold, treat the patients as usual and complete the Shift. This will net you a ton of Animal Coins. However, you need to ensure that you don’t admit Anomalies like Ghosts during the previous Shifts and that your Sanity meter doesn’t drop to 0.
