How to Find and Use the Dog Agility Course in Crimson Desert?

Your Crimson Desert journey is not meant to be carried out solo. Because, after all, Pearl Abyss has so gracefully added the ability to tame anything and everything, including dogs, cats, horses, and more recently, birds, thanks to Patch v.1.04.00.

However, it does not stop here. Players have now discovered a dedicated agility course designed for you to train your pet dogs in the game, and it is tucked away in the northern corner of Demeniss. Want to check it out for yourself? Here’s where to find it.

Discovered initially by player u/sygboss, just north of Demeniss (as showcased in the map above), there is a special dog agility course, full of wooden ramps, hurdles, and other obstacles for your pet to pass through.

Additionally, if your pets are up to the mark, it should take them no more than a minute to complete the entire course. It starts with two elevated wooden ramps placed against each other, creating an artificial hill for your dogs to cross, before they are placed against two hurdle barriers, your pets must route their way around.

After clearing that, there are two more hurdles that your dogs can either jump or route their way around before coming to a few more ramps to climb and jump off of.

How to Tame a Dog in Crimson Desert

Taming pets in Crimson Desert is arguably easy. When it comes to dogs, the players can go through a sidequest in Chapter 4 storyline, more specifically, The Greymanes’ New Fangs quest, where the player will be informed about a stray brown dog that they will be able to tame.

As a part of the quest, look forward to the Fang Without a Master task, located south of the Tannery in Hernand, which should act as your tutorial to get used to the taming mechanics in the game.

If you want to get a dog before this, you’ll have to understand the trust-building mechanic in the game. Every dog you come across has a trust meter that starts at 0, and you must raise it to 100 before it can be claimed as your pet. Trust with dogs can be raised by petting or feeding them, and after you are done with that, make sure to put on some armor on them to raise fashion points.
