Jürgen Klopp suffered his first defeat as Germany head coach as Greece claimed a 1-0 victory in Augsburg. Germany dominated the opening stages but struggled to break down a well-organised Greek defence, with Dimitris Kourbelis scoring the decisive goal in the second half.

Germany's Man of the Match: Karim Adeyemi (7)

Karim Adeyemi was arguably Germany's most dangerous attacker in the 0-1 defeat to Greece. After a disappointing showing against the Netherlands, the winger looked much more determined in Augsburg and was involved in almost every dangerous German attack early on.

His pace and direct running repeatedly caused problems for the Greek defence, but he couldn't turn his promising moves into a goal. Several of his efforts went over the bar, while Greece's deep defensive block made it difficult for him to find the final pass or finish. Overall, it was a much-improved performance from Adeyemi despite Germany's attacking struggles.
