One of this week’s tasks is the Tokyo City Treasure Hunt, which sends players searching for hidden treasure somewhere in the heart of the map. Start by fast-traveling to the exact location marked on the map above. You’ll spot a warehouse with the name “Tomitama” directly in front of you. Turn right and drive up the warehouse ramp to build speed, as you’ll need to jump across to the neighboring warehouse.
After landing on the rooftop, make a U-turn and build up speed toward the central ramp inside the Tomitama warehouse once again. Accelerate, and just before reaching the end of the ramp, steer right so that you land on an elevated platform. From there, turn around and drive straight ahead until you see a small opening on your right.
Go through the opening, and you’ll finally find the treasure chest waiting for you. Smash the chest to complete the challenge and claim your rewards: 100,000 Credits and 3 Festival Playlist Points.
This Forza Horizon 6 Bug Can Wipe Out Your Progress
Make sure to not interact with these cars. | Credits: Playground GamesWhile you’re busy exploring Tokyo City in search of the Treasure Hunt chest in Forza Horizon 6, there’s a serious bug you should be aware of. On social media, players have reported that their entire progress has been wiped unexpectedly. This has led to the loss of cars, credits, race progression, and other saved data, forcing players to start from scratch.
What’s causing this issue? That’s still unclear, as there’s been no official explanation. However, players have put forward several theories. Some believe there are certain vehicles in Forza Horizon 6 that, when inspected or customized in the garage, trigger the progression reset. The vehicles most commonly mentioned by players include:
- 2020 Wuling Sunshine S Forza Edition
- 2019 Porsche #70 Motorsport 945
- 2017 Ford M-Sport Fiesta RS
- 2003 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning
- 1994 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta
- 1993 Schuppan 962CR
- 1988 Lamborghini Countach LP5000QV
- 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air
Others in the community believe the bug is related to cloud saves or Quick Resume. Xbox Support has already acknowledged the reports on X and confirmed that the team is actively investigating the issue.
