For example, in the recent Elbaf arc anime adaptation, One Piece anime adapted nearly 1 manga chapter for each episode – One Piece Episode 1161 adapted the content of One Piece Chapter 1131, while the previous episode 1160 similarly adapted Chapter 1130 from the manga.

Of course, Dragon Ball also had plenty of filler issues, but this was not really much of a problem there since many people were more interested in the fights offered in this anime series.
