Every New Sprite Coming to Fortnite on September 10th

Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 is getting another batch of Sprite variants this week. Following the v42.10 update on September 3, several new Loot Hacker Sprites were added to the game’s files but have remained unavailable to players. That is expected to change on Thursday, September 10, when the remaining variants are scheduled to become obtainable.

The update will bring 14 new Loot Hacker Sprites to Fortnite, expanding the collection alongside the previously released Loot Hacker Crown. Here’s everything players need to know about the new sprites and when they are expected to arrive.

Every New Loot Hacker Sprite Arriving September 10

The 14 new Sprites were introduced to Fortnite’s files with the v42.10 update, but their presence in the files did not immediately make them available in matches. The Loot Hacker Crown was the first variant from this group to become obtainable, leaving the other 14 for a later release.

The upcoming collection includes several characters and concepts familiar to Fortnite players, including Sonic the Hedgehog and Shadow, alongside original Fortnite-themed variants. The complete list is:

These variants are part of the Loot Hacker category, which gives players benefits connected to Loot Hacks. Sprites themselves can provide different effects depending on the type and can be leveled up during a match. Players can also extract them and use Sprite Dust to summon them again after losing one.

Jonesy can restore health or shields after taking damage. Adventure upgrades a random inventory item as it levels up. Bush can provide a temporary bush for cover, with an improved effect after eliminations at higher levels.

We also have options for moving around. Sonic increases sprint speed, Tails gives you a hovering ability, and Jackrabbit gives you a second jump while airborne. Shadow can automatically reload weapons over time, while Killswitch improves accuracy during hangtime.

We also have other cool effects. Klombo gives you random items as it levels up, Overshield gives you additional protection, X-Ray periodically marks nearby enemies, Onigiri activates Overdrive after consuming a healing or shield item, and Storm Scout can eventually reveal future Storm Circles. 8-Bit improves the benefits associated with an 8-Bit Shotgun.

The 14 new Loot Hacker Sprites are scheduled to arrive on Thursday, September 10, during Fortnite’s daily Sprite reset. The reset is expected to take place at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET.

Once the 14 new variants become available, Fortnite’s current Loot Hacker collection will have 15 sprites in total, counting the Loot Hacker Crown.
