Having spent the second half of last season on loan at OGC Nice, Eintracht Frankfurt striker Elye Wahi is poised to return to the Ligue 1 outfit.

According to Sky Germany, the two clubs have agreed on a fresh loan deal, which includes an option to buy worth €18 million.

Wahi has never managed to make the desired breakthrough at Eintracht following his €26 million move from Olympique Marseille in January 2025.

In total, he has scored just once in 25 matches for the Bundesliga outfit.

He found the net nine times in 19 appearances for Nice in the second half of last season.
