The Episode 3 ending of Dispatch is wholesome and heartbreaking at the same time. While we get to see the redemption of Invisigal, we end up with the tough decision of kicking one of the Z-Team members. While you end up becoming close with Coupe and Sonar, at the end of the day, you have to kick one of them off the job.
What Happens if You Choose To Kick Sonar in Dispatch?
He’s chill, but not so useful at times. | Image Credit: FandomWire/AdHoc StudiosSonar has been the chillest person in the entire Phoenix program; however, his powers aren’t super reliable at times. In Dispatch, he’s similar to Hulk. When it’s about dealing with missions that require intellect, he surely stands out, but after that, he turns into a monster, which boosts his combat.
If you’re making a decision based on consistency, then you should let go of Sonar. As valuable and fun as he is, work comes first. However, that won’t be taken lightly by Z-Team, as they’ll be holding a grudge against you.
Next morning, you’ll find Punch Up, Flambae, and Malevola play a prank on out. As harmless as it is, Malevola doesn’t take it lightly, as she was close to Sonar. If you see the extra comics, you’ll know how well their friendship worked.
What Happens if You Choose To Kick Coupe in Dispatch?
She’s just a redundant member of the team. | Image Credit: FandomWire/AdHoc StudiosIf you think Sonar has more potential compared to Coupe, choose it to pick her out. In the end, Episode 3 is all about playing favorites, whether you like it or not. But again, Coupe’s ability is one-dimensional and can’t help in situations where vigor is a priority.

In the end, Sonar is a better asset as he’s the only member who has the brains. So, ultimately, letting go of Coupe won’t matter much because there are team members who can do exactly what she can.
Well, even though it’s a sound decision, Z-Team also won’t like it if you get rid of Coupe. Apparently, a romantic relationship was brewing with Coupe and Punch Up, so you’ll be making him an enemy of yours. So make sure who you want on your side next.

Yes, the firing decision plays a big role in the Dispatch storyline as it sets apart who’ll become your friend and who’ll be your nemesis. Additionally, Episode 4 will be about getting a replacement, so there’s no way to avoid the termination.
Depending on your decision, you’ll be messing up relations with either of two existing Z-Team members, Malevola or Punch Up. On the brighter side, the one who isn’t fired will end up being loyal. In a way, you lose some to gain some. In the end, the decision lies with you completely.
Those were all the key decisions you can make in Dispatch Episode 3 and how they affect you. Which hero did you end up firing? Do you think the fired heroes will end up becoming villains again? Share with us in the comments.
