Demichelis hints at rotation for Leipzig ahead of HSV clash

Leipzig's coach suggested that he might shake up his squad and make wholesale changes for their meeting with their Hanseatic opponents.

Ahead of the match against Hamburger SV, Martin Demichelis hinted that RB Leipzig may rotate their starting lineup. 

“With the squad we have, we can rotate. Apart from Baumi and Rocco, everyone is fit," he said, alluding to his plentiful array of options.

Ultimately, Leipzig's head coach will decide how significant the changes will actually be only after the final training session:

“We're training again this afternoon. After that, I'll have all the information and will decide who starts tomorrow.”

Meanwhile, an additional option in Assan Ouédraogo – who was a substitute in Como on Thursday – is back and available to start.

“I liked his minutes in Como. He's a great talent and an important player for us and is generally ready to play against HSV” he said.

Finally, Christoph Baumgartner (torn hamstring) and Rocco Reitz (muscle injury) will definitely sit out Sunday's game at the Leipzig Arena.
