The current best build for C4SH in Borderlands 4 is the Leveling Build. For this particular build, we’re going to be using the Cleromancy action skill, which gives you three charges of dice rolls that roll your dice, giving you a chance to trigger different outcomes. This means when you roll your bone dice, you spawn a Bone Totem based on the resulting roll that fights with C4SH for a certain period of duration.

Whenever you roll doubles, you get an enhanced version of the Bone Totem with increased stats. During Windfall, dice rolls always result in a unique roll. Tainted Draining Totem, Mortar Totem, and Angry Totem will only amp your damage. The build is all about having these Totems active at all times, especially for single-target damage, which is great for leveling and farming new levels.

Another aspect of the build is using Call, which, whenever active, allows your action skill to auto-crit with guns and Bone Totems.
