Chrissy Teigen decided to snap one last selfie

The Los Angeles wildfire is blazing the city as we speak. People have evacuated their homes and it is said to be one of the deadliest fires in U.S. history. However, none of it stopped Teigen from clicking one last photo.

The television personality found herself against a heavy backlash from people as after evacuating her home, she posted a mirror selfie on her social media account. It was a mirror selfie of Teigen standing in her huge closet.

According to Radar Online, the actress posted a selfie where she can be seen visibly sobbing opposite a huge mirror. Chrissy Teigen wrote “This is surreal. I’m very scared. Packing.” This left fans raging.

Well, people weren’t too happy about that decision as fans poured out their rage on social media. Stating that Teigen’s decision to snap a photo while the L.A. fire was consuming the city was ‘tone deaf’ and ‘shallow’, fans referred to the American model as a narcissist who didn’t care about others.

Although the television personality made it safely to another location alongside her husband John Lennon and their kids, fans were visibly angry by how Teigen was reacting to the situation. This isn’t the first time that Teigen has found herself on the controversial side of things.

When Chrissy Teigen talked about “the Obama thing”

Back in 2015, Chrissy Teigen found herself in some heavy controversy when she revealed that she and her husband had some intimate moments in a place that shouldn’t be used for intimate purposes.

According to US Magazine, Teigen picked up a question, stating “A public place you did it”. The television personality became a bit embarrassed and what she said next might be considered TMI.

Is this the best or worst? Probably the Obama thing?

Her husband John Lennon was visibly embarrassed as she walked out of the frame. She rejoined the group and her next statements made it so much worse.

Not the White House, it was 100 percent not the White House. He [Obama] was not elected yet. Sorry, I’m in trouble now.

Once again, Chrissy Teigen found herself on the wrong side of things, as her comments resulted in a public backlash after people called her insensitive nature embarrassing and humiliating.

After evacuating her home in L.A., the model updated the world about her and her family’s safety by stating that they had checked into a hotel and were safe for the moment. However, her iconic mirror selfie won’t be forgotten for quite a while now.
