Canon confirms Ruler’s Authority and Spiritual Body Manifestation, but never stages a fight around either ability.

This makes his placement less an indictment than a question mark. He ranks here because the evidence cannot justify placing him above stronger Hunters with demonstrated feats. His confirmed powers include Ruler’s Authority and Spiritual Body Manifestation, but readers receive no substantial battle demonstrating their full scale.

That absence does not make Bachchan weaker than those above him. It makes him harder to rank through feats. Hence, he takes third place as one of the “weakest Hunters” on our list because we don’t know if he’s a snowflake compared to the other S-Rank elites globally.

2 Jay Mills Had S-Rank Status But Little to Show for It

Jay Mills was Canada’s strongest Hunter and the world’s No. 17, making him one of humanity’s most powerful known S-Ranks. He was presumably a Tanker, carrying a massive shield and spear, but his actual combat abilities received remarkably little exploration. However, he ranks second on this list due to a lack of accomplishments.

Jay’s equipment and presumed class suggest formidable durability and frontline combat ability, but suggestion is not the same as proof. Against the world’s truly monstrous S-Ranks, he lacks the feats, versatility, and combat IQ needed to close the gap. He is elite; the problem is everyone above him is worse news. Plus, he’s old and considerably weaker than Siddharth or Yuri.

1 Antoine Martinez Was France’s Most Underwhelming S-Rank Hunter

And here is the unprincipled rogue of the lowest-order snowflake. Antoine Martinez is a National-Level Hunter, France’s representative, and the fifth-ranked member of that legendary group. Yet his placement at No. 1 comes from what he doesn’t demonstrate compared with other elite S-Ranks. Martinez was a healer who reached National-Level status without being a Ruler’s vessel, making his achievement extraordinary.

But that also leaves him with almost no direct offensive feats, combat exchanges, or battle-IQ showcases in the original story. Compared with Thomas Andre, Liu Zhigang, Christopher Reed, or even Siddharth, his confirmed combat ceiling is dramatically harder to justify. He is elite, no doubt. But comparatively, we don’t know anything about him unless A-1 Pictures decides to put him in the ring (anime) for a few rounds.
