Will Kid and Law Die in One Piece: Here’s How They Can Play a Role in Luffy’s Final Battle

The Pirate World of One Piece saw a major change when three pirates from the Worst Generation, Monkey D. Luffy, Trafalgar D. Law, and Eustass Kid, took down two Emperors of the Sea, Kaido and Big Mom. This was a big moment in the narrative, as it not only liberated Wano from the tyranny of Kaido but also freed other islands that came under the rule of Big Mom.

However, the victory of the Worst Generation Pirates was short-lived, as they were defeated instantly in the next arc. While Law entered a battle against Blackbeard and lost, Eustass Kid decided to take revenge on Shanks for his previous defeat and couldn’t even last a minute against him this time.

Now, only Luffy is left, who is currently trying to figure things out in the Warland region of the One Piece world. But he needs to get ready for the upcoming war that will decide the fate of the world. Thus, the main question that fans have is whether Law and Kid will join Luffy in the final battle or not.

Where Are Law and Kid Right Now?

With the end of the Wano arc, the alliance formed between Law, Kid, and Luffy also ended as they were successful in taking down two of the biggest Emperors of the Sea. Thus, they decided to go their separate ways and once again become rivals in the One Piece treasure race. While Law sets sail for the northeastern path, Kid decides to go on a search for the man with the burn scar.

However, their journey took drastic turns for both of them. Law and his crew were attacked by the Blackbeard Pirates, who were already waiting for one of the three pirate crews to take the northeastern path. While the battle between them was thrilling, Law couldn’t win against Blackbeard. He was about to be killed but was saved by Bepo at the last minute.

Eustass Kid, on the other hand, decided to sail towards Elbaf, and when he finally reached there, he saw his old enemy, Red-Haired Shanks, and his entire fleet. Kid got enraged and got into a battle with Shanks’ fleet. While he took down almost every ship, he still couldn’t stand up to Shanks and his ferocious attack. His entire crew was destroyed, and currently, his status is unknown.

Will Law and Kid Join Luffy in The Final Battle?

Both Law and Kid have been defeated by major characters who have a big role to play in the final battle. Although the current status of Law and Kid is unknown, there is no way that Eiichiro Oda will let them die so easily. There is a big possibility that he will bring them back in the final battle, which will probably see Luffy fighting the World Government or the Blackbeard Pirates.

In any case, Luffy will need the help of every character who he has saved or allied with. This includes Law and Eustass Kid as well. Oda can build a narrative where both Law and Kid decide to take revenge against Blackbeard and Shanks. This way, they will become a part of the final war and help Luffy liberate the entire One Piece world, just like they did with Wano.

As of now, nothing can be said about how the Final War in One Piece will unfold. Fans don’t even know whether Luffy will fight the World Government, the Blackbeard Pirates, or both of them together. The only thing that is confirmed is that he needs to be prepared, as it will be his biggest battle in One Piece.
