‘Weird’ Kourtney Kardashian Called Out For Sultry Look At Stepson Landon Barker’s Birthday Bash

A recent family celebration has put Kourtney Kardashian at the center of internet speculation, with fans weighing in on her outfit. 

Kourtney and husband Travis Barker have their hands full balancing their blended family. The reality TV star shares Mason, Penelope, and Reign with ex-Scott Disick, while Travis shares Landon and Alabama with ex-Shanna Moakler and is stepfather to Atiana De La Hoya. 

The interesting blended dynamic has continued to make headlines, including input from Travis’ ex on Kourtney’s parenting style. Now, a fashion choice is placing them back in the spotlight. 

Kourtney Kardashian’s Sultry Vampire Look Raises Eyebrows

The Lemme founder posted a carousel on her Instagram, sharing photos of her stepson Landon Barker’s 23rd vampire-themed birthday bash.

Kourtney donned a plunging, sheer black lace nightie with a bold red lip and a trail of fake blood coming from her mouth. She paired the ensemble with a black cross necklace and a black choker. 

The other photos shared snapshots from the bash, with Landon and Travis in red eye makeup and blood coming out of their mouths. Others showed off the 23-year-old’s birthday cake while he blew out his candles. 

The post was met with positivity from family, with Travis commenting, “Mrs. Barker, Landon sharing, “Love you!” and sister Khloe Kardashian adding, “Yesssssss.” 

However, the outfit didn’t sit right with everyone, as several users questioned if the costume was appropriate for a birthday celebration, especially one for her stepson. “Weird, feel bad for your kids,” one fan commented, while another declared, “your posts are very disturbing” 

A third user had a backhanded compliment: “At least your cheeks aren’t out for once,” suggesting that although the dress was more conservative than she was used to, it still wasn’t enough. 

Shanna Moakler Threw Shade At Kourtney Kardashian At Travis Barker’s Doc Event 

The recent criticism comes almost two months after Travis’ ex, Shanna Moakler, threw shade at the 47-year-old. 

Kourtney was out to support her husband at the premiere of his documentary “Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear” when they walked the carpet along with Alabama, Landon, and Atiana, as shown in a TikTok video. 

“Where are her children?” The playboy model said in a now-deleted comment under the post, seemingly hinting at the fact that Mason, Penelope, and Reign were absent from the recording. 

Fans were quick to call Moakler out, though, reminding her that her own kids live with Kourtney, as reported by The Blast.

Shanna Moakler Claimed Kourtney Kardashian Was A Bad Stepmom To Her Children

That was not the first time Moakler has come for the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” alum. Back in February, the former model alleged Kourtney was a bad stepmother to her children.  

When asked if she had the parenting conversations with Kourtney, Moakler replied, “I don’t think those women have those conversations with anybody.” She added there were deeper issues, and moments she felt disrespected, as reported by The Blast.

“I feel like there were some lines that were crossed,” the then 50-year-old expressed, before confirming that the family had moved past it. 

Shanna Moakler Was Asked To Move On After Announcing Her Memoir’s Name

Away from shading Kourtney, Moakler was recently in the news after announcing the name of her latest memoir, “Blink of an Eye,” per The Blast.

The book will follow her life from childhood to motherhood, detailing the lessons she learned while navigating different parts of life. 

Fans quickly pointed out that the title seemed to reference her ex’s former band, Blink-182.

“Blink, really? [laughing emojis] girl move on lol,” one user commented on her Instagram post. Another asked, “Why write a book? The past is over. Leave it there. Enjoy the now,” questioning the timing of the release. 

Travis Barker Advised Son Landon Barker To Be ‘Authentic’ 

While Moakler continues to share her story, her ex, Travis, also made headlines for his candid thoughts on his son’s career decision. 

Travis revealed that Landon was offered a spot on “The Voice,” but he wasn’t fully on board with the move.

“…Dude, you’re way too cool for that,” the drummer said, advising Landon to put himself in his music icons’ shoes. “If your idol is Kurt Cobain, would he ever do ‘The Voice’? No.”

He reminded Landon he did not need to rush in his career and to be authentic, as reported by The Blast.
