A Vancouverite may be moving to Langley.

On Monday night it was announced that this year’s PNE Prize Home had been won by Ken Wong of Vancouver.

Wong had a one-in-549,368 chance of winning and now owns a $2.35 million home in Langley.

According to PNE president Shelley Frost, the home at 19667 76B Avenue was built by Miracon Developments and designed by Brown & Co.

“This year’s Prize Home showcases state-of-the-art craftsmanship, cutting-edge technology, and B.C. building products. We extend our warmest congratulations to Ken, now the proud homeowner of this beautiful Langley home,” Frost said in a news release.

The 3,500 square foot home comes fully furnished and features an EV charger in a two-vehicle garage, four bedrooms and a two-bedroom basement suite.

The PNE also awarded Kevan Wilkinson of Richmond $825,115 as winner of the 50/50 jackpot.
