Three men have been arrested after gunshots rang out in the early morning near the intersection of Clearbrook and Peardonville roads in Abbotsford on Wednesday.

There were reports of shots fire in an outdoor parking lot beside a Tim Horton’s at 6:10 a.m. on Wednesday.

The investigation led Abbotsford police to a residence a few blocks away on Westerly Street. With the help of the Lower Mainland emergency response team, three men were taken into custody without incident.

Ryan Sawatsky, 33, Lukas Bezanson, 28, and 34-year-old Kyle Kornyk have each been charged with one count of reckless discharging of a firearm. Police also later located the victim, who wasn’t injured in the incident.
