The Ottawa Senators will likely be without captain Brady Tkachuk for the final two games of the regular season, but the expectation is that he’ll be ready for the National Hockey League playoffs next weekend.

Travis Green said after the game on Saturday that Tkachuk “wasn’t feeling well”. That was the case again on Sunday, which is why the club opted for rest. The Senators will start the playoffs next Saturday or Sunday, and Green fully expects to have Tkachuk in the lineup.
