Real Madrid pushing for Diomande deal before Leipzig's pre-season in Austria

Sky Germany's sources understand that the transfer of RB Leipzig's Yan Diomande to Real Madrid is not yet fully finalised.

Real Madrid are pushing to complete the Diomande deal before Leipzig fly to their training camp in Austria this Saturday.

Real Madrid held fresh talks with Leipzig again today, but minor details involving payment structures are not entirely clear yet.

Meanwhile, Diomande has remained in Leipzig, staying professional and patient throughout the draw-out transfer process.

The Ivorian international is waiting for a complete agreement between the clubs, then Leipzig will let Diomande join the Galacticos.

Despite other reports of Paris Saint-Germain resurfacing in the race for the winger, Real Madrid are comfortably in pole position.
