After El Chadaille Bitshiabu’s proposed move to RC Lens broke down, RB Leipzig have found a new destination for the French centre-back.
According to Sky Germany, an agreement has been reached with Galatasaray for Bitshiabu to join the Turkish club on loan with an option to buy.
Bitshiabu is now set to travel to Istanbul, with the move expected to be made official later on Tuesday once he has completed his medical.
The 21-year-old defender has played no part in Leipzig’s first two games of the season.
He was mostly a substitute during the 2025/26 campaign, making a total of 14 appearances.
