Peel Regional Police’s Special Victims Unit are searching for more victims in relation to a sexual assault investigation involving a convicted sex offender from Oakville.

Authorities say, from December 2025 to April 2026, the suspect, Allen Siu Ming Chow, met with an adult female victim online. He then met up with her multiple times in person.

During these meet-ups, Chow allegedly rendered the victim unconscious and unresponsive before sexually assaulting her. Peel cops said Chow recorded the sexual assaults on his cellphone without the victim’s knowledge or consent.

Police announced Chow, 73, was charged on Thursday with overcoming resistance by administering or attempting to administer a drug, sexual assault causing bodily harm, and voyeurism.

The accused is currently being held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Chow previously served an 18-year prison term for multiple sexual offences convictions. He was released on parole on March 13, 2025.

The investigation is ongoing and authorities believe there are more victims.

Toronto man hit with sexual assault charge

A 53-year-old Toronto man was charged with sexual assault stemming from an alleged incident during a massage.

Toronto Police say, on Aug. 22, a victim had met with the accused, who worked as a masseur, for a massage. During the massage, the victim was allegedly sexually assaulted.

On Friday, Jiquan Liu, 53, was arrested and charged with sexual assault. Police believe there may be more victims.

Man allegedly stabbed by woman

A man suffered non-life-threatening injuries after a stabbing incident on Saturday morning in North York.

Toronto Police said officers were called to the area of Jane St. and Shoreham Dr. at 11:12 a.m. for a reported stabbing at a home. Cops found a man inside the residence who had been stabbed.

He was transported to hospital via trauma run with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said the suspect, a woman, fled the scene before officers arrived.

The incident remains under investigation, cops said. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 416-808-3100.

Man injured in downtown stabbing

A man suffered life-threatening injuries after being stabbed in downtown Toronto on Friday night.

Police said officers were called to the area of Dundas St. W. and Augusta Ave. for reports of a stabbing. Upon arrival, cops located a man with injuries.

The victim was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, which were later upgraded to life-threatening.

It’s unknown where the alleged stabbing took place, police said, and there’s currently no description of the suspect.
