POWER OF NEGOTIATION
U.S. President Donald Trump had threatened to impose additional tariffs if Canada imposes retaliatory tariffs on Sept. 8. A simple response to that threat would be to let it be known in advance that if that happens then Ontario and Quebec would follow up with a 25 to 50% increase in electricity rates. I think that this would result in Canada saying checkmate.

(We certainly have options in our negotiation arsenal)

NO TRUST
Most Canadians will see that Trump finally let it out of the bag, that his planned failure of the trade talks will be devastating to Canada. All along it was to devastate our Canadian economy so that we would beg to become part of his prize and profits. We must prevail, and defeat him. If necessary we must increase isolating ourselves from them, refuse to let our business people pay tariffs. Reduce the energy supplied, block the Seaway and Welland to U.S. ships. Prepare our Army. Can’t trust him.

(Everything possible needs to be done to protect our sovereignty and economy — but there remains the problem of adherence to a deal)

CANNOT SAY GOD
I fought for Queen, God and country. You go and fight the Taliban in Afghanistan. Now you’re telling me when a brother or sister dies, my chaplain can’t say that name: God. This is a disgusting Liberal divisive ploy to appease the woke left and so-called “reconciliation.” I’m getting so tired of this s***. Our once proud military is now a joke. If I was still young enough to serve, I wouldn’t. How pathetic is that? Thanks, Mark Carney.

(It is a shameful policy which should have been reversed ages ago)
