Attempts have been made to locate Alain Therrien, but his whereabouts were unknown as of Sept. 24, an OPS media release said, adding that a first-instance warrant had been issued for Therrien’s arrest.

The release said the robberies occurred on Sept. 11, Sept. 17 and Sept. 22.

It also said Therrien had been charged with three counts each of robbery and mischief over $5,000 and one count of failure to comply with a release order.
