Ottawa police are looking for information from the public after an assault on Queen Street left a man with serious burns.

The victim was found in the 100 block of Queen Street just after 6 a.m. Monday, police said on X. He is in hospital in life-threatening condition.

“The circumstances surrounding the incident are currently under investigation,” police said, describing it as a “serious” assault”.
