One person is dead and another was seriously wounded in a daylight shooting in North York.
Toronto Police officers were called at around 2:15 p.m. to an apartment complex in the Jane St.-Driftwood Ave. for the sounds of gunshots.
When police arrived, officers located two victims. One was pronounced dead at the scene.
The second victim was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police recovered two firearms and are searching for suspects.
