Nick Cannon is taking his talents to late night! According to a new report, the “Drumline” star will bring his podcast, “Nick Cannon @ Night,” to BET as the late-night show has been greenlit as a series.

Nick Cannon’s new show will air on Tuesdays, starting October 20, at 10 PM on BET. The series will run for 10 weeks and feature a range of guests, from reality stars to actors to media personalities.

Nick Cannon Gets New Late-Night Show On BET Starting This Fall

The “Nick Cannon @ Night” show is moving to BET, according to Variety, and will air every Tuesday at 10 p.m. beginning October 20. Before the show was greenlit, Cannon hosted the video podcast on YouTube in partnership with Wondery+ and produced over 30 episodes beginning in July 2025.

“Each episode uses pop culture, current events and personal stories to explore love, dating, relationships, health and modern intimacy as they unfold in everyday life. Audience questions and real-life dilemmas drive the conversation, while doctors and professionals anchor each discussion with informed perspectives and practical advice,” the show’s logline read.

Cannon’s new show will feature a range of celebrity guests, including “Bad Girls Club” star Natalie Nunn and actor Chris “CP” Powell. Joining them are Dondré Whitfield, Tommy Davidson, Flame Monroe, and Courtney Beed. Experts such as Dr. Umar Johnson, Dr. Alicia Watkins, Elliot Connie, and Dr. Zoe Indigo will also appear.

“I’m blending real advice with late-night entertainment,” Cannon said about his latest business venture. “Grown folk conversation where we discuss and receive advice from the experts. Doctors, therapists and scholars guide us through all things pertaining to our culture and mental wellness journeys.”

The “Masked Singer” host said he hopes to bring humor and curiosity to this new series, adding, “The show has grown to be much more than just a successful podcast, so I am super excited to partner with my BET family to expand the brand by bringing it to their programming.”

Nick Cannon Details Insecurities In Relationship With Singer Mariah Carey

Cannon has discussed his relationships before, revealing during a 2024 podcast interview that his marriage with Mariah Carey failed because of his ego and insecurities.

“I would lay up at night thinking, like, ‘Is is this who I am? Am I Mariah’s man? Is that what my life is supposed to be?'” Cannon said, adding that he felt he was second fiddle to the “Obsessed” singer.

“I’m carrying a purse, the diaper bag, and, you know, I’m standing on the corner like, ‘Wait.’ She’s rocking being the alpha,” he said. “I believe she needs a dude like that. I’m just not that dude.”

Cannon And Carey Are Thick As Thieves

Despite their split, Cannon recently revealed that he and Carey are actually closer than some might assume.

The pair, who married in 2008 and divorced in 2016, talk “almost every day or every other day” about life and their twin children, Monroe and Moroccan.

Cannon went on to say that throughout their relationship, he’s “learned so much” from the A-lister, adding that she’s his “greatest friend and my greatest teacher.”

Beyond love and dating on “Nick Cannon @ Night,” the multi-hyphenate will also open up about his life on his family’s new Netflix reality show. While the series doesn’t have a name yet, the streaming giant said in a statement that viewers would hear from Cannon like never before.
