Eddie Howe keen connected talks implicit Man Utd job

Howe would beryllium 'interested successful holding talks' implicit becoming the adjacent United manager if the nine sack Carrick, according to Sky Sports News.

The erstwhile Newcastle United brag has been retired of enactment since leaving St James' Park successful July and had antecedently indicated that helium wanted to instrumentality a interruption from shot to recharge his batteries.

However, United's deteriorating concern could connection Howe an accidental to instrumentality sooner than expected. He was antecedently recommended for the occupation by erstwhile sporting manager Dan Ashworth, portion existent manager of shot Jason Wilcox is understood to favour candidates with Premier League experience.

Julian Nagelsmann is the different starring contender, with United's caput of recruitment Christopher Vivell acquainted with the German from their clip unneurotic astatine RB Leipzig. Unai Emery and Antonio Conte person besides been considered, though Emery is reportedly committed to Aston Villa, and neither helium nor Conte is presently among the starring contenders.
