Mama June’s daughter Pumpkin is set to tie the knot with Darrin Kitchens after two years of dating.
Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird, 26, took to TikTok on Thursday to share the happy news, alongside a montage of photos from the rooftop, candle lit proposal.
In one photo, Kitchens was seen on bended knee as he presented a ring to the “Mama June: Family Crisis” star, while surrounded by candles.
They shared a passionate kiss following the proposal.
Sister, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson and her boyfriend Dralin Carswell stood by for the romantic moment.
“ENGAGED,” Pumpkin gushed in the caption, adding ring and heart eye emojis. “I am literally STILL over the moon.”
Pumpkin reflected on the “wild ride” she’d taken alongside Kitchens during their two years of dating, and added their love “felt so different than anything” she’d experienced before.
The reality personality proudly shared photos of her sparkling split-shank diamond engagement ring in several photos and praised her fiancé for standing by her.
“I’m so excited for the next chapter, for our future, for our family, and for all the memories we still have ahead of us,” she concluded the announcement, quipping, “The future Mrs. Kitchens has a NICE RING to it.”
Sources told TMZ on Thursday that the engagement went down Wednesday evening, with Kitchens renting out an Atlanta restaurant’s rooftop terrace to stage the magical moment.
They claimed the engagement will be included in the upcoming season of the reality series.
