A rep for Cavallari, 39, wasn’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

The reality star was previously pulled over for speeding while in Illinois back in 2013, according to ABC 7.

At the time, she was living in the state with her now-ex-husband Jay Cutler, but was driving with a California driver’s license.

According to the Illinois Secretary of State website, new residents were required to have an Illinois driver’s license 90 days after moving to the state. As a result, Cavallari was taken to the Evanston Police Station, where she posted a $150 bond.

After her release, the “Let’s Be Honest” podcast host took to X to claim she was still a resident of California.

In 2016, Cavallari was hospitalized after another driver hit her vehicle while she was driving in the Chicago area.

Cavallari and Cutler, who wed in 2013, moved from Illinois to Tennessee in 2017 after the latter retired from playing with the Chicago Bears.

When the exes split in 2020 and finalized their contentious divorce in 2022, Cavallari remained in Tennessee with her and the former athlete’s three kids: Camden Jack, 14, Jaxon Wyatt, 12, and Saylor James, 10.

One of Cavallari’s last dates was with Utah Jazz coach Will Hardy in late 2025.

As for Cutler, he confirmed his engagement to Samantha Robertson in 2024 after taking their romance public the year prior.
