You got to realize, man, Kim’s death wasn’t even investigated.

He suggested that a proper inquiry was necessary to give her family peace of mind, especially to confirm that there was no foul play involved. He pointed out the glaring absence of electronic devices around her at the time of her death, asking:

How is it that there was no electronic products or gadgets around Kim? Be her laptop missing her cell phones missing everything is missing—that she could get in touch with her little girls if they not at home or her friends or family. All that’s missing. How is it that?

This absence raises questions about the circumstances leading up to her death, as having no means to communicate seems unusual for someone in distress.

Adding to the intrigue, Deal claimed that the detectives did not even examine Porter’s body where she passed away. The former alleged that her body had been removed and she was pronounced dead without a proper investigation, creating a narrative that suggests something was amiss. 

“If that is true… that case needs to be reopened,” Deal urged, emphasizing the importance of transparency for her family & fans alike.

Gene Deal On Kim Porter’s Massage Mystery

Perhaps one of the most shocking statements Gene Deal made involved the claim that Kim Porter had received a massage shortly before her death, despite reportedly suffering from full-blown pneumonia. “Who gives somebody a massage when they got pneumonia?” he questioned (in the same podcast), highlighting the mysterious nature of this decision.

Deal also addressed rumors surrounding Porter’s estate, mentioning that some alleged she had ordered a casket two months prior to her death. “How you order a gold casket two months before somebody dies?” he mused, casting doubt on these claims while acknowledging the wild theories that have circulated since her passing.

He also reflected on the precautions taken by figures in the industry, mentioning that he wouldn’t blame anyone for being extra cautious. “Al [Al B. Sure!] ain’t no fool… he’s smart by getting extra security,” he remarked.
