To get started, open your skill menu and navigate to the Spirit tab. Here, you’ll find a variety of passive and active abilities tied to your progression. Double Jump is located within this tree, and unlocking it requires you to have 1 Abyss Artifact and 5 Spirit points to equip the skill.

Once purchased and equipped, the Double Jump becomes a permanent addition to your movement toolkit. This method is usually the best approach for players who want to grab the skill early in the game without relying on chance-based mechanics.

This system allows your character to mimic abilities performed by NPCs around you, and to unlock Double Jump this way, you’ll need to see an NPC doing it first.

A known early-game location for this is the Pororin Village in the Pororin Forest, which is unlocked after completing The Unreachable Village quest. Once there, in the village, you should be able to find three NPC children jumping, with the game giving you the prompt to “Observe” and learn the mechanic for yourself.
