• Try to unlock a better class, as they give better bonuses than the Intern. Your default class is Intern, and it does not give any useful bonus. Instead, you should earn more Animal Coins and unlock classes like Head Nurse or Surgeon that offer better bonuses.
• Focus on treating your patients and emptying the hospital room as quickly as possible. Keeping patients in your hospital for longer will endanger their lives.
• If you are not sure about a patient’s true nature, you can deny services to them by closing the shutters. Making one wrong move can jeopardize your chances of survival.
