McKayla Maroney kept her summer carefree as she hit the beach in August, sharing footage from her shorefront outing to Instagram and gaining instant fan approval. Twirling around a beach in the dark as she posted in video mode, the Olympic gymnast highlighted her stunning figure in a green minidress, but not everyone was thinking it was dress time. When fans flocked to compliment McKayla, one cheekily replied "bikini time" as they eyed up the 28-year-old's frame. McKayla, who is followed by 1.3 million on Instagram, was also called "beautiful" by countless users.

Marking the Fourth of July last year and posting to her Glowy by McKayla wellness Instagram, McKayla wowed in a two-tone blue bikini that showed off her flat stomach and toned thighs. Wowing the camera from a sunny backyard space, the gymnast urged her followers to use this time to regroup and move forward.

"This is really a good time to assess where you’re at, who you’re becoming, what you’re accepting, what habits you’ve been forming, and what you want moving forward!" she wrote, adding: "What are your biggest priorities to accomplish by the end of this year?"

McKayla may have the beam as her skillset, but she's open to anything. Celebrating Wimbledon this summer, the brunette showed off a blue tennis skirt and top while on the court, posting to Instagram as she said:

"Wimbledon has been so fun to watch! but after playing some tennis today, I’m sad to tell you, the only thing I know how to serve well is an outfit. Gymnastics deeply engrained in me that bent arms are evil, and it’s gonna take some serious work to retrain that. 😂 The last slide was me, but much worse."
