Frankfurt eyeing up potential Kristensen replacement at Ajax

Ajax star Anton Gaaei is believed to be one of a few options at right-back for the Hessen club this summer.

According to local source Algemeen Dagblad, Eintracht Frankfurt are showing strong interest in Anton Gaaei from Ajax Amsterdam.

Furthermore, the club from the Netherlands' capital are reportedly open to a sale two years before his contract expires.

Gaaei could be a like for like replacement arguments right-back with Rasmus Kristensen returning to Denmark for personal reasons.

FC Midtjylland have since snapped up the 28-year-old for a few rumoured to be around €5 to 6million in total.

Playing for Ajax last season, Gaaeri demonstrated his attacking prowess with three goals and five assists.
