As we enter the Final Saga of the One Piece story, Haki is becoming a more and more relevant means of power scaling than just Devil Fruit physics. And Eiichiro Oda is leaving no unturned leaves to prove that with every major character he reveals in the latest chapters of the story.

That being said, many of us like to do powerscaling rankings on anime characters – especially One Piece fans, so this one is for you. Here are all the new Haki users Oda introduced in the Final Saga, ranked by their Haki powers and strengths.

8 Jewelry Bonney Showcased Her Haki Against Saint Jaygarcia Saturn

During the Egghead Island Arc, both Bonney and Kuma were major limelight characters of the series. However, Eiichiro Oda did something with Bonney’s character that none of us expected. Using the powers of her Toshi Toshi no Mi’s Distorted Future ability, she attained an imitation Gear 5 form of none other than the Sun God Nika.

Well, that wasn’t the only thing Oda had planned for her. As a part of her revenge narrative with Kuma, Bonney fired up a massive punch and coated it with Armament Haki to deliver a blow to St. Saturn. While her Haki debut was brief, we have a feeling that the 12-year-old prodigy has a long and revealing road ahead of her.

7 Gunko’s Advanced Haki Skills Allow Her to Sense Everyone’s Presence

Gunko is one of the strongest characters in the OP-verse and a member of the Holy Knights. Even if we keep aside the Imu-possession narrative, Gunko has shown immense Haki powers in the manga series, especially backed by the powers of her powerful Devil Fruit, the Aro Aro no Mi (Arrow-Arrow Fruit).

Based on what we have seen so far, she has a strong Observation Haki, being able to sense the presence of everyone around her incredibly efficiently, which is likely an advanced version of the skill. Furthermore, her Armament Haki is so strong that she managed to deal damage to Loki and incapacitate half of the Straw Hat Pirates with ease.

6 Shamrock’s Observation Haki Cans Sense Others From Miles Away

Shanks’ twin brother and Garling’s son, Figarland Shamrock, is one of the strongest Haki users in the One Piece-verse, which is pretty evident from his position as the captain of the Holy Knights. However, not much of his Haki powers have been shown in the series so far.

Needless to say, it’s pretty easy to jot down one-on-one based on others in the social administrative ladder. If Gunko is as powerful as a member, it is natural that Shamrock’s advanced Haki is going to be far superior to hers. If we go down the scale of assumption, he also likely possesses Conqueror’s Haki as well, which is just a matter of time to reveal.

5 The Gorosei Are Haki Monsters Backed by Immense Yokai Powers

Up the powerscaling list for the World Government, we were introduced to the Gorosei, or the Five Elders, a council of the five highest-ranking Celestial Dragons collectively titled the “Highest Authorities of the World Government”. Introduced during the Egghead Island Arc, Saturn was the first one to show his Yokai-like DF powers, and the other four followed soon after.

In terms of Haki powers, all of them have access to all three types of Haki – Armament, Observation, and Conqueror’s Haki. Just the Conqueror’s Haki across the Egghead Island was enough to prove just how strong each one of the Elders is, and top that with tremendous Armament and Observation Haki, we have five absolute monsters at our hands.

4 Gaban’s Devastating Attacks Are Coated With Supreme King Haki

Two simple facts should be enough to understand just how truly powerful Scooper Gaban is from the One Piece series: He was Roger’s left-hand man, and has no Devil Fruit powers. We all know that Roger’s crew was famous for all being masters of world-shaking Haki powers, and Gaban’s position in the roster tells all about him.

Not only does he possess peak advanced Haki of all types, but he also possesses the Future Sight Haki, which only a handful of characters have mastered. Despite his age, Gaban also coats his attacks with Conqueror’s Haki, which lets him bypass the immortality factor of the Holy Knights and the World Government, making him one of the strongest in the verse.

3 Xebec Was the Legendary Haki Monster From One Piece’s Past

As the flashback of God Valley and Elbaph unfolded, a certain name came into the light – Rocks D. Xebec. This was not just any random historical name, but a person who united Garp and Roger in battle and earned the former his title of the “Hero of God Valley”.

What makes his name terrifying is actually his feats in the series, which Oda recently started shedding light on. For starters, both Roger and Garp had to combine forces to defeat him at God Valley because of his capability to use all three types of Haki – especially his overpowered Conqueror’s Haki. If that’s not convincing enough, he even defeated Figarland Garling.

2 Loki: The Prince of Elbaph Ranks Among the Strongest in One Piece

The Prince of Elbaph, Loki, is one of the most popular characters in the recent chapters of the One Piece manga’s Elbaph Arc. While a lot of hype and discussions surrounded his massive Devil Fruit reveal, we cannot unsee just how powerful his Haki is.

For starters, he can use all three forms of Haki. Going further down the list of his Haki feats, by coating his attacks with strong Conqueror’s Haki, Loki was able to destroy all of Killingham’s MMAs, as well as deal deadly damage to Saint Sommers. Furthermore, he also defeated King Harald back in the day, who became a terrifying and monstrous threat to Elbaph.

1 Imu – The Strongest Haki Obstacle Luffy Has Yet to Face in One Piece

This is funny because there is not really much to say and a lot to say about Imu‘s, or rather St. Nerona Imu’s, powers in the One Piece narrative. Sticking with just the Haki part, we got a glimpse of it through Gunko in the Elbaf Arc. While it’s obvious he can use all three forms of Haki, his was so preposterous that it was felt all the way down to the Underworld; even Luffy and Loki started sweating in fear.

Very recently, Oda gave a feel for his powers once again in Chapter 1179, when Imu finally descended to Elbaph in his true form. As of the time this article was being written, Imu is probably one of the strongest Haki users in the One Piece series.
