Doja Cat has been dominating timelines ever since Latto released the music video for “Okayyy.” The “Say So” rapper steals several scenes throughout the visuals, reminding everyone of her unmatched sultry appeal.

Released on July 21, the music video has already amassed more than 1.6 million YouTube views, and Doja’s presence in it has sparked conversations that went in about four different directions at once.

Doja Cat Turns Heads In Revealing Look

One of the most widely circulated stills from the “Okayyy” video shows Doja Cat in a tiny white bikini top that spilled cleavage from every angle. She coordinated with barely-there bottoms featuring thin straps and a belt-style micro miniskirt, her toned midsection and belly button piercing on full display.

A choker sat at her throat, sunglasses shielded her eyes, and blonde hair cascaded down her back. She finished the styling with chunky rings, a watch, a wrist cuff, and long nails, while edgy tattoos covered a significant stretch of both arms.

A fan page reposting a few of the photos pulled over six million views, with multiple conversations running simultaneously in the comments section. One of the loudest was about visible scarring along the natural fold of her bust.

In March 2023, Doja Cat openly shared that she had undergone a breast reduction along with liposuction on her thighs and hips, so the scars were not a secret. Seeing them in the music video, however, sent some commenters into a full critique.

“I can’t believe she has Trisha Paytas scars, the surgeon did her dirty,” one person wrote, pulling in internet personality Trisha Paytas as a reference point, given Paytas’s own public discussions about her breast augmentation.

Another commenter turned the moment into unsolicited advice, urging people to “do your research on the doctor and actually spend money on your t-ts,” before adding that Doja Cat was “too rich to have lollipop scars.”

Away from the surgery discourse, a vocal group of admirers was simply stunned by the overall styling. Doja Cat’s jewelry, manicure, and curvy figure got their own wave of appreciation.

A second look from the video stirred a nearly identical reaction. In that visual, she switched into a teeny tiny black bikini top with thin straps, black tie-side bottoms, and a leather belt with shimmering hardware hooked around her hips. One admirer remarked, “Stunning.”

Many Viewers Think She Stole The Show

In addition to the visuals, there’s been plenty of debate over which rapper’s verse is better, with most fans giving Doja Cat the edge. “One thing about Doja she gone out rap you on yo song,” one user wrote on X after the video dropped.

When someone pushed back suggesting the two had a “perfect balance,” commenters were unconvinced, insisting Doja “out mugged, out tapped, out shined” Latto on her own record. “It gives Doja song tbh. I be forgetting Latto on it,” someone else added.

One of the most generous takes came from a fan who wrote simply: “Whoever put them together deserves a raise.”

Old Controversies Resurface Again

The renewed attention also dug up old grievances. On X, someone surfaced a past post in which Doja Cat had described two of her own albums as “cash-grabs” that her fans fell for, adding she could “disappear” while they “weep for mediocre pop.”

The resurfaced quote reignited accusations that she had “alienated” her fanbase on purpose and had been “flopping” as a result. Although a few loyal fans pushed back, the critics were not in a forgiving mood.

Either way, with six million views on a single fan repost and a new collab making waves, the narrative that Doja Cat has lost her pull does not quite hold up.
