Dandadan Chapter 247 Officially Gives Bamora a Kaiju-Level Power Upgrade

In Dandadan, a broken piece of equipment can turn an already messy battle into something completely unexpected! Chapter 247 of Dandadan proves that when Bamora’s (also spelled as Vamola in English translations) attempt to use her repaired kaiju suit goes horribly wrong, leaving her with a giant new body and a monster-sized problem to deal with.

But here is the fun part: becoming gigantic does not suddenly make Bamora unbeatable. As the fight against the chimera dinosaur gets more dangerous, she must learn to use her new size while Aira figures out a way to bring the terrifying creature down.

Bamora’s Kaiju Suit Malfunction Gives Her a Giant Upgrade

Bamora enters the fight with plenty of confidence. Mantisian has repaired her kaiju suit, so she expects to get back into action and help Aira and the Evil Eye defeat the chimera dinosaur. Naturally, things do not go according to plan. This is Dandadan, after all!

The moment Bamora tries to transform, her suit displays an error. Instead of becoming the kaiju she knows how to control, she grows into a gigantic version of herself. Her companions are understandably shocked, but Bamora seems more excited than frightened by the whole situation.

And honestly, this unexpected transformation is one of this Dandadan chapter’s most entertaining moments. Bamora does not waste time worrying about what went wrong. She discovers that she can still move normally and immediately decides to put her enormous new body to work. Who needs a working transformation when a malfunction gives you a giant upgrade?

There is a catch, though. Bamora may now be massive, but her suit is still malfunctioning, leaving her without the protection she needs. When she blocks the dinosaur’s tail with her arm, she gets hurt, and Aira quickly warns her that even a small injury could be fatal.

That warning adds some much-needed tension to what initially looks like a hilarious power-up. Bamora has the size to challenge the monster, but she cannot simply charge forward and expect to win. Her first attempt to strike the creature’s knee using the fighting techniques Seiko taught her barely makes a difference. The dinosaur retaliates, knocking her off balance and attacking her again.

This is what makes Bamora’s upgrade more interesting than a simple increase in strength. She has the physical power to make a difference, but she is still figuring out how to use it. The giant form looks impressive, yet the fight reminds everyone that size means very little without the right technique.

Dandadan Chapter 247 Ends With Aira and Giant Bamora Teaming Up

With Bamora struggling to handle the dinosaur, Aira steps in before another attack can seriously hurt her. However, Aira is not exactly having an easy time herself. Neither her attacks nor the Evil Eye’s have managed to do much against the creature, and the situation is getting desperate.

Thankfully, Aira notices something that could give them an advantage. The chimera dinosaur is not an ordinary animal. Its body consists of dinosaur bones forced together and held in place by flesh, which means its joints might not be as strong as those of a naturally formed creature.

That is a clever observation, and it gives the battle a much-needed direction. Instead of repeatedly hitting the dinosaur’s toughest parts, Bamora needs to focus on its joints and try to break them. Aira even points out that Bamora’s earlier attack was on the right track, despite failing to cause any visible damage.

The best part is that Bamora does not give up after taking a beating. Once Aira explains the plan, she regains her determination and prepares to attack again. That fighting spirit, combined with her giant form, makes the final moments of Dandadan Chapter 247 genuinely exciting.

All in all, Dandadan Chapter 247 turns Bamora’s accidental transformation into more than a funny surprise. It gives her a fresh role in the battle and sets up a promising team-up with Aira. Now, the big question is whether their new strategy will be enough to take down the chimera dinosaur.

So, can giant Bamora and Aira finally defeat the chimera dinosaur, or does the monster still have another nasty surprise waiting for them? Share your thoughts in the comments section below.
