Displaying her assets, Courtney sizzled in a retro-style, plunging dress worn braless, looking drop-dead gorgeous with her blonde hair worn down. The former teen bride, who is now happily married to second husband Jared Safier, added a #OldSchoolGlamor to her caption, which also welcomed the arrival of Emmy Season.
