Britney Spears Shows Off Bikini Body After Revealing She's 'Married'

Britney Spears has sparked worry as she shows off her swimsuit body after a headline-making Instagram reveal. Declaring that she "married" herself last weekend while posing in a bridal gown, the 42-year-old returned to the platform with an upbeat, bikini-clad video, showing off her killer curves while striking poses outdoors. Sizzling in a yellow bathing suit as she kept summer alive in October, Britney kept comments on her Instagram disabled, but users commenting on The Daily Mail couldn't help but express their fears for her mental health.

In a caption, the Grammy winner said: "The day I married myself … Bringing it back because it might seem embarrassing or stupid, but I think it’s the most brilliant thing I’ve ever done!!!"

Britney, who has been married three times, ended her third marriage in 2023 as she and ex-husband Sam Asghari parted ways.

Striking suggestive poses while sunbathing, Britney smiled for the camera in her yellow bikini, going low-cut as she flashed her fam0us cleavage. Displaying her legs from a towel-laid lounger while poolside, the blonde showed off her fit figure while on vacation, although her caption offered no indication of where she was. "Cooking!!!!" Britney wrote. Anyone following Britney's IG will have seen a weekend post announcing that she was heading to Turks and Caicos, though.

"Oh dear lord. She is not well. Very sad," one fan replied. Also worried, another said: "Oh boy. It just gets more sad with each post. It's really too bad she has no one that cares enough about her to help her."

Worries Over Her Mental State

Meanwhile, a third said that Britney's "mental conditions" were continuing.

Britney had made 2022 headlines for marrying personal trainer and actor, Sam. The former couple, who met on the set of Britney's 2016 "Slumber Music" video, were a solid item for six years, but everything fell apart last summer.  "Sometimes I’m scared to feel anything cause I know I’m too sensitive … being numb is the worst I think but there’s safety in that cause I feel like I’m subconsciously protecting myself from feeling any importance at all!!!" Britney wrote on IG in April as she admitted to "mistakes" during her marriage.

Shortly before her "married" reveal, Britney shared the above video. Once again going selfie mode, the pop sensation wowed in a hot pink bikini, sending out a joyful energy as she told her followers:
