As far as our predictions go, we’ll likely see massive battles unfolding in not one, but three different worlds: Shunsui and the other Captains vs. Yhwach in the Human World, Harribel and the other Arrancars vs. Yhwach in Hueco Mundo, and, of course, Ichigo, Aizen, and others vs. Yhwach in the Soul Society.

What makes the Soul Society battle so epic and highly anticipated is the fact that we saw Ryuken hand the Still Silver Arrowhead to Uryu and ask him to use it on the Quincy King. Now, if you are a manga reader, you already know just how game-changing and vital the artifact is in the final battle. So we can most likely see Uryu’s involvement in the Seireitei battle and changing the tide of the fight in Episode 9. That being said, we’ll only know for sure once the episode airs next week and gives us a clear idea as to how the finale is going to close out Tite Kubo’s coveted manga title that began 22-years ago.
